BIOGRAPHY
Request Denied are from Slovenia in Eastern Europe, and though sadly are no longer together, they made an indelible impression on people of that region both musically and spiritually. We hope their members continue in future in some form to make dynamic Krishna conscious music...
In their own words:
request denied. Siter - vocals, Boris - guitar and Giri-nayaka - bass, Rok - drums. Coming from Slovenia (Europe). The newschool hardcore scene is still in developing out here (people devoted their precious lifes to punk lifestyle, drinking, huffing the glue, smoking the pot & doing other nasty stuff), so our music, manners and view of life is new to the local people, as well as straightedge is. One has to be first.
If we had to categorize the music, it's very dynamical newschool hardcore opened for alternative. We're still working on it and developing more and more. You can check out the clips or outcoming MC. Last times we do pretty much sound experimenting, so please, check out also the CD, released in 1998.
request denied is not in hardcore to pose... neither to hook up more of the opposite sex... or drown in the flame of fame... We just want to spread our message and spiritual ideas to the people. The aim of our insignificant attempts is just to reignite the fires in the hearts of sleeping souls.
